Dr. Malooley recently attended the American Academy of Optometry meeting in Denver Colorado. Dr. Malooley is a fellow in the American Academy and is currently pursuing her diplomate. She attended symposiums and lectures on keratoconus, collagen cross-linking, and advancements in contact lens fitting for keratoconus. Scleral contact lenses were a hot topic discussed at the meeting and Chicago Cornea Consultants™ is excited to be introducing new scleral contact lens designs to benefit our patients needing this speciality design.
