He also offers expertise in refractive surgical procedures to improve vision and reduce dependence on glasses or contact lenses.

Education & Experience

Dr. Wolin earned his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University before receiving his medical degree from Loyola University’s Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Michael Reese Hospital Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. A board-certified ophthalmologist, Dr. Wolin has held teaching appointments as a Clinical Assistant Professor at both the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary and Michael Reese Hospital.

Dr. Wolin is a member of leading professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), and the International Society of Refractive Surgery (ISRS). He currently serves as an attending physician at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights and performs surgical procedures at Novamed Eye Surgery Centers in Chicago.
