Dr. Kaplan recently attended the annual meeting of the American Academy of Ophthalmology in Chicago. He participated in several sessions focusing on advanced cataract techniques along with updates on general, retinal and neuro-ophthalmology. He collaborated with experts to craft new guidelines for post-operative surgical care. Dr. Kaplan also spent time reviewing exhibits, meeting with colleagues, and evaluating the latest ophthalmic technologies.
